Yes. A physical piece of the approved item is embedded inside every card. It is not simply photographed or printed.
Will you cut my item before I approve the design?
No. You approve the card design and proposed use of the memorabilia before anything is cut.
Do I mail the item immediately?
No. Begin by submitting a photo and project description. We will review the idea before asking you to mail anything.
What happens to the remaining material?
Remaining material is returned when possible. The exact amount depends on the item, its condition, and the number of cards ordered.
Can every card have a different person or design?
Standard sets use one shared front-and-back design, one photo and story, and one memorabilia item. Contact us for a custom multi-player or multi-design quote.
What items can be used?
Jerseys, uniforms, hats, baseballs, game balls, cleats, gloves, costumes, fabric keepsakes, and many other items may work. Submit a photo and we will confirm whether the item is suitable.
What if the item cannot be replaced?
Tell us before submitting the project. We will explain the proposed process and limitations clearly before you decide whether to proceed.
